hi, i'm caramel!

welcome to my little corner of the internet. i go by caramel online. this is my personal space, somewhere to share the things i love, document passing thoughts, and build something that feels entirely mine. i like the idea of carving out a small, handmade place on the web and tending to it.

i'm someone who loves many things. i dislike many things too. i’ve never been very good at reducing myself into neat sentences. how do you define yourself without shrinking? this part always makes me a little anxious. i don’t want to leave the page blank, but i also don’t love the idea of summarizing a whole person like a product description. so maybe this page is less a definition and more a collection.

this site is handmade with html, css, and a tiny bit of javascript. it's hosted on neocities because i believe the internet should have more personal, handmade websites.

the mascot is a caramel character from the LINE emoji set. caramel has been my nickname online forever, so i've made it this website's theme :3
